NorCal Mission Statement
Our mission is to educate and develop young student athletes in the sport of competitive rowing. We emphasize the value of leadership, discipline and teamwork for the greater good. With rigorous training, persistence and determination; rowers develop the character needed to become productive, responsible and resilient young men and women.
About Norcalcrew

Northern California Crew is a competitive rowing club for high school and junior high school students. The team rows out of the Port of Redwood City at 1450 Maple St, Redwood City California, 94063. Northern California Crew has 16 racing shells, four coach’s launches, a truck and a boat trailer. Our Vespoli racing shells include V1s, M2s and Millenniums. Coaches

WE HAVE GREAT COACHES!

Our Program Director, Mike Still, is an Olympian and World Champion. He won gold medals at National Championships, Pac-10 Championships, Olympic Festival, Head of the Charles, and San Diego Crew Classic. He has coached at Stanford, University of San Diego and UCLA. Mike regularly competes at the highest levels in Masters regattas on the West Coast and at the Head of the Charles Regatta in Boston.
